This licence agreement with Sonictracs Music Publishing LTD (“Sonictracs”) grants you (‘the Licensee’) the rights as detailed within this licence agreement (“Agreement”)

• DURATION

The duration of this licence agreement is infinite. For this licence period you can use this piece of music (“Track”) in conjunction with the terms of use.

• TERMS OF USE

This licence agreement is specific for our “Digital” terms. This licence agreement grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to synchronise the Track(s) with the following project types and uses:

• Social media content of any type and with any purpose, commercial or otherwise
• Video creation and sharing on any digital platform with any purpose, commercial or otherwise
• Synchronisation with any non-visual digital content with any purpose, commercial or otherwise

Unlimited paid advertising on any digital platform is permitted.

Monetisation on social media platforms and video sharing websites is permitted.

The Licensee is permitted to edit the length of the Track to suit requirements, but no other editing is permitted.

The terms of this agreement are extended to any third parties in the case that the Licensee is creating a project for a client.

• EXCLUSIONS

This licence agreement does not permit the Track(s) to be used for synchronisation with any project or usage type that is not detailed in the Terms of Use.

This licence agreement does not permit synchronisation for advertising on radio, TV, cinema or any media platform that is not considered to be digital.

• TERRITORY

The territory covered by this licence agreement is the universe.

• WITHDRAWAL

Sonictracs reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time in the case that the Licensee breaches the terms of use. Notice of termination will be delivered in writing.

• WARRANTIES & INDEMNITY

Sonictracs warrants that we have the right to grant to you all of the rights granted within the Agreement.

The Licensee shall keep the Owner fully indemnified from and against all costs, claims, damages, proceedings and liabilities on an indemnity basis howsoever arising in respect of any breach by the Licensee of this Agreement.

The acceptance of this agreement on the Sonictracs website or any other medium in which Sonictracs is represented constitutes a legally binding agreement between Sonictracs and the Licensee. The synchronisation of any Sonictracs Track constitutes the full acceptance of this licence agreement.
